Stuart, a 1982 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, has practiced real estate and business law for over 28 years, working with three prestigious Seattle law firms before opening his Bainbridge Island, Washington practice in 1994. 

In 2008, Stuart opened his office in Cedar Park, Texas just outside of Austin.  He continues his practice in the Seattle area and is a member of the Texas and Washington State Bar Associations.
